Home made pasta

Hi friends,
       Am gonna tell you how to make pasta from scratch.
In India its really rare to see pastas made at home.
Everyone buys it from the market. So I wanted to enlighten you how easy and delicious home made pastas are.
It can be made with semolina and all purpose flour
But I like my pastas with wheat...i call it the healthy version :-)

Ingredients
If its with all purpose flour then
Semolina 1cup
all purpose flour       1cup
egg           1
Pinch of salt and water.

If its with wheat then use a cup of wheat instead of semolina and all purpose flour.

Method:
Dig a space in the centre of the flour misture with salt and pour the egg in there. Slowly start mixing them and then add water to form a dough thats moist but not sticky. Leave this to rest with a wet cloth for an hour.
Now roll them using your rolling pin into a thin sheet
The thinner the better the taste
When you roll the dough shouldnt stick instead roll into neat slice
This means your dough is in correct consistency.
Then cut them in desired shape.
Meanwhile boil water and once water starts boiling put the fresh pasta in it.
Once the pasta rises to the top it means its cooked.
It shouldnt take more than 4 mins I would say :-)
Then top it with your own sauce and have a yummy meal with loved ones.
